It's great to be able to have open discussion with colleagues in many different contexts. It's not something we get to do very often, and the conversation certainly surfaced good ideas that we can probably all use to some degree in our practice moving forward.

I love the structure! I found the opportunity to explore problems of practice with numerous other colleagues as a valuable inquiry tool. I believe conversation is key because it allows to approach a problem from many different perspectives and share what solutions were attempted and the result.

I really appreciated the ability of people who work in the field. It was nice to have a platform to meet and discuss their issues and their daily challenges. I don't know if we had anything like this before. I hope it will continue in the future.

I plan to continue to build this directly into my offerings of professional development on personalized learning.

Problem of practice presentations have the potential to be highly useful. I like being able to hear how other colleagues are dealing with similar issues around the state.
